I can't help but get all warm and fuzzy when they start showing strips of these two now. The only thing though, I don't recall Liz having HUGE lips, I believe they used to be a bit thinner but who knows, small stuff like that I notice. Could be her new hairstyle too.

I wish my cat could fend for himself while we were out.

For the Garfield fans out there, I finally flipped through this book mom got me back when Garfield celebrated his 25th bday. The book is called "Garfield at 25. In Dog Years I'd Be Dead".

I HIGHLY recommend any Garfield fan to get this book. It shows the early stages of Jim Davis's creation and its AMAZING as the yrs go by, how much the characters developed. I did not know that Jon's parents are based on Jim's family and the likeness is uncanny (except Garfield since he got the name from his grandfather).

It has a run down of different things that was done in Garfield's lifetime of shows, different comics, merchandise, etc. It even has special comic strips to celebrate Garfield's bday by other well known artists that you see in the newspaper.

In fact, here is the link on Amazon. I'm glad that it has alot of postive comments from the readers cause it does seem like it is a really neat book.

Also, to those that might get the book, take the cover sleeve off and check out the hilarious faces Garfield makes on the front and Odie on the back. I'll have to take pics of it when I get time.
